From their engagement photos to their wedding day– I have gotten to know Joyce and Obie more then before. They have inspired me with their story of patience, prayer, and the importance in waiting for the right one to come along.
Joyce and Obie are some of the most loving and caring people I know. As we went over wedding plans I can see how much family and friends were such a big part of their lives. I’m sure they would have invited more people to their wedding if they could, because their love truly extends beyond their pockets to everyone they have met locally and around the world. You can see this in their missional hearts as they are now together serving in Christafari.
During the reception– dances, live singing, and media entertained the guests. The Dances were choreographed by the bride, groom, friends, family, and the biggest surprise was a special number prepared for the groom. Obie, who has filmed numerous music videos, had filmed a couple videos for the ceremony and reception– telling the story between him and Joyce. Everyone in the room knew they were witnessing a love that can only be possible through God.
